My name is Milana and I was born in Latvia, Riga. My first language is Russian. Since I was a little girl I was always inspired by beauty in the models on the billboards and magazines. Their flawless skin so beautiful. I was always fascinated about skin and how different it is for everyone, how things like hormones or diet can have such an impact on ones skin health. I was hooked. So I decided to follow my passion and study skin sciences and aesthetics. I love to help others with my expertise and knowledge to achieve their dream of a beautiful and healthy skin. To help fix the imperfections they see in the mirror and to bring a smile and confidence in each and every client. After succeeding in my training to become a beauty therapist and aesthetic practitioner this is now possible and I am living my dream and I couldn't be more exited!
A chemical peel is a procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers. The skin that grows back is smoother. With a light or medium peel, you may need to undergo the procedure more than once to get the desired results.
Chemical peels are used to treat wrinkles, discolored skin and scars — usually on the face. They can be done alone or combined with other cosmetic procedures. And they can be done at different depths, from light to deep. Deeper chemical peels offer more-dramatic results but also take longer to recover from.
Nasolabial folds are nose-to-mouth areas of the face. They have an overhang of soft tissue over a valley, creating a fold-like appearance.
They may be present at birth, but can often be a result of ageing. As you lose bone, fat, collagen and elastin, your mid-cheeks flatten. Gravity then acts, pulling down remaining fat in their fixed compartments. This descent can create folds in your nasolabial region. Additionally, you may have skin changes that cause wrinkles in this region.
You’ll often find these occur on both sides of the face, though one side may be more prominent. People are rarely symmetrical!
Nasolabial folds are often confused with marionette lines. Marionettes form at the corners of the mouth, extending down towards the chin.
Before you do any treatment with Dermal Filler or Botulinum Toxins you always need to fill out a Consent Form. To save your time you can do this at home and bring the form to the clinic on the treatment day.
Thank you
